Leads
Every lead in one place, from the first call or website enquiry to a bid: who they are, where they came from, the next follow-up and how likely you are to win. Follow-ups in Outlook, a board you drag between stages, and new leads straight from an email. A lead you decide to bid on becomes an estimate, with nothing typed twice.
Estimating
Track every bid from the go decision to won or lost, with stages, bids due, a document library and a Teams channel for each one. When you win, the estimate becomes the job and its documents follow, with nothing typed twice.
Forms
The forms a job runs on: RFIs, submittals, transmittals, daily reports, meeting minutes, changes, punch items, inspections, safety incidents and notices, with files, photos, routed approvals, a daily log, equipment tracking and final records.
Form Builder
Build your own forms by dragging fields onto the page, or turn the paper forms you use today into digital ones. They work just like the built-in forms. An add-on to Forms.
Weather
The day's weather filled in on every Daily Report, and the forecast on each job, with no weather account of your own. An add-on to Forms.
Power BI Integration
Your Power BI reports chosen from a list, shown with people's own sign-in and filtered to the client or job on the page, with jobs that open in JobsViz.

Cost
Budgets beside actual costs from your accounting system, change orders, forecasts to complete, billing and work in progress, so every job's money is in one place. Margins stay visible to management only.
External Portal
A website on your own domain where subcontractors, clients and consultants answer RFIs, send submittals and share documents, without needing a Microsoft 365 account in your company.
E-signatures
Signed approvals in the portal and in forms, so change orders, submittals and sign-offs carry a proper signature trail.
triq the JobsViz AI
Ask triq about your jobs and documents in plain words and get answers and reports, in the JobsViz apps and in Microsoft Teams, within the permissions each person already has.
Mobile offline app
The Job Hub on phones and tablets that keeps working on site without a signal, and syncs when you're back online.
