JobsViz
The five core apps for everyone in your firm: Job Hub, Admin, Reports, Wizards and the PM Dashboard, with documents, calendars, maps, Needs attention and Outlook. The setup wizard and planning workbook, with imports of your existing clients, jobs and documents, are included too. English (US and UK) included.
Leads
Every lead from first contact to a bid, in its own JobsViz Leads app: follow-ups due, a pipeline board, win rate, new leads from an email or a spreadsheet, and a folder of documents for each lead. With Estimating, a lead you bid on becomes an estimate.
Estimating
Every bid from the go decision to won or lost, in its own JobsViz Estimating app: bids due, stages, a document library and Teams channel for each estimate, and Convert to a job when you win. Works on its own; with Leads, a lead you bid on becomes an estimate.
Forms
The ten built-in construction forms on every job: RFIs, submittals, transmittals, daily reports, meeting minutes, changes, punch items, inspections, safety incidents and notices, with routed approvals, files, photos, the daily log, equipment tracking and final records.
Form Builder
Build your own forms on a drag-and-drop canvas, or turn your paper forms into digital ones. Needs Forms.
Weather
The day's weather on every Daily Report, and the forecast on each job, with no weather account of your own to manage. Needs Forms. (Firms with their own OpenWeather key can use that instead.)
Power BI Integration
Choose your Power BI reports from a list and show them with people's own sign-in, filtered to the client or job on the page; select a job in a report to open it. Power BI reports by link are included in every licence.
Language packs
One language, a regional pack or every language. English (US and UK) is always included.
Languages and packs
French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Czech, Romanian, Greek, Hungarian, Croatian, Slovenian and Slovak. Regional packs cover Western Europe, Iberian and Latin America, the Nordics, Central and Eastern Europe, and South-East Europe.

Pricing questions
Is it priced per user?
No. A JobsViz licence covers your firm. Your people still need their usual Microsoft 365 licences, plus Microsoft's Power Apps Premium (which Microsoft 365 plans don't include), because JobsViz keeps its data in Dataverse. Is there a free trial?
Yes. Start a 30-day trial of JobsViz on your own Microsoft 365: sign in with your work account and your licence key arrives straight away, with no card. To try an add-on as well, ask us.
How do we pay and renew?
Buy online by card or purchase order, in US dollars, pounds, euros, Canadian or Australian dollars, or ask us for a quote and an invoice. Licences renew each year, and JobsViz reminds your admins ahead of renewal.
Can we add modules later?
Yes, any of them: Leads, Estimating, Forms, Weather and the rest. Ask from Admin > Modules or contact us. Once your licence includes a module it switches on at the next daily licence check, or straight away with Check now in Admin > Modules. Modules with data of their own, like Leads and Estimating, install their tables from Admin > Modules in one click. There's nothing to reinstall.
Are more modules coming?
Yes. We're working on more modules for JobsViz. Customers hear about them first, and they'll appear in Admin > Modules when they're ready. See the roadmap.
